We strive to pay a living wage, and offer health and dental benefits and a 401k plan. Our suppliers emphasize sustainable manufacturing practices, healthy workplaces, and fair wages throughout the supply chain.

Since 2010 (our second year in business), Jenette Bras, with our employees AND our clients, has worked with CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocates for Children) to give expertly-fitted free foundationwear to approximately 3,800 girls in the foster care system through the annual Glamour Gowns event.

As of 2026 we've established a year-round program, Foster Support, to provide a free fitting and a free bra to ANY girl in foster care in the LA and Atlanta regional areas.
