Will I Have to
Get Naked?

AHEAD OF TIME

Do I need to make an appointment?

No, but it’s a good way to guarantee your time and get us a bit of useful information ahead of your visit.

How should I prepare?

Wear a top you can shed easily. We have disposable panties to try on underwear and swimwear.

What if I need a specific outfit solution?

Bring the garment with you. Please!

What if my friend or maybe I wear below a D cup?

No problem! Our legendary slogan notwithstanding, all Jenette Bras have a curated selection of smaller cup bras.

What should I expect to pay?

Quality bras range from $99 to $299. Our most popular styles fall between $129 and $179. Be assured that our fitters will only give you what is right for you, as they do not work on commission.

FITTING DAY

Can I bring a friend/ relative/ partner/ male?

Absolutely! We have a comfortable reception area where male associates can relax and children can color while you and your friends are taking care of business.

What if I'm sweaty?

If it's hot outside, we have cool wipes so you can freshen up, but best not to come straight from the gym un-showered!

Do I have to take my top and my bra off?

We just need to see you in your bra. Further disrobing happens in the privacy of your booth.

Will I be measured?

Very much so, but not with a measuring tape! Your topology is too complex for a plain linear tape to be of much value. Our fitters will know your general “tape” size at a glance and put you in a fit bra. This bra might not be your preferred style, but it is a bra the fitter knows well and has seen on scores of bodies. Seeing how it fits you, she can narrow down the options to your right make, right model, and best fit.

Will I be handled?

No. And we will never touch you without your permission. If you’re not doing it right by yourself, we'll be happy to give you a quick tutorial.

Following on

Can I order online from you?

We don’t sell online because you can’t fit online. However, once you've been fit by us, there will be extensive notes in your file so anytime you'd like a refresh or to see what’s new, you can email or call any of our locations and have something shipped.

What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final with the exception of a manufacturer’s defect. This is underwear, after all! Of course if something doesn’t feel right or you are unhappy with your purchase let us know. In the case of a product defect, please reach out immediately for replacement.

Special Circumstances

Brides

When Should I come in?

If you feel you’re going to need a bra with your dress we suggest you bring the dress in just before your first alteration appointment. If you can’t bring the dress, bring a photo of the front and back, and we will do our best.

Do you have a registry?

We keep a detailed 'Wish List' for every client, so come in and let's make one for your special day.

Tweens, Teens and their Mothers

At what stage in her development should a girl be fitted for a bra?

Because we are committed to removing shame and making fittings fun, the best time to introduce your daughter to us is to bring her along for your fitting–even before she needs a bra!

My daughter definitely needs a supportive bra, but is unwilling to come in. What should I do?

This is quite normal, for what it’s worth. One tip we can offer is inviting her to come in for a sports bra. This can sound more practical and less fraught with implications of sex and adulthood.

Expectant Mothers

When during my pregnancy should I come in?

Come in when your bras don't fit and we'll get you set up with a bra that should last you for most of your pregnancy.

What's a nursing bra and when should I buy one?

Nursing bras are like regular bras, but with clips at the top of the cup for quick access to the breast. Also, they can be fun! We suggest waiting until the very end of your pregnancy before buying a nursing bra due to the constant changes in your body. You can also wait until after you give birth and your size settles down - we'll be here for you!
