- Molded Bras which ship at $10.35 due to larger packaging requirements
- Canada $10.35
- Molded Bras to Canada - $25.95
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
We accept Visa, and Mastercard.. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is ready to ship. Usually delivered within 5-8 business days from shipment (including non-continental US). Sales tax charged for addresses within California only.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Jenette Bras, we understand only too well that different lingerie brands fit, well, differently. In addition to providing you with personalized telephone and email advice before you buy, we are happy to process exchanges or provide you with store credit for unworn or defective bras within a select time period. Because we're a small business - not Victoria's Secret - we do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
Out of respect for your safety and everyone's desire to buy clean, unworn lingerie, please note that we do not take back any products with a crotch, whether purchased in-store or by web order.
Before requesting an exchange or store credit, please make sure that:
- The item is unworn
- It has its original tags attached
- You have enclosed a copy of the invoice
- You purchased the item less than a month earlier
- If you'd like a different size or style:
- include a note on your return invoice stating the item you would like instead.
(Because we pride ourselves on offering the newest fashion merchandise all year round, we can’t guarantee the item will be in stock – but we’ll try our best.)
Sorry - we cannot refund original or return shipping costs OR take responsibility for lost merchandise.
